Peer reflection is designed to give you an opportunity to apply learning from our DBS Eligibility course and is not a standalone course - if you have completed the DBS Eligibility webinar or one of our DBS eLearning courses in the past 12 months, you can book onto one of our peer reflection sessions here.
Course Details:
Reflect on your experiences as a DBS Recruiter with the input and support of others in the same role. This one-hour facilitated discussion is designed to enable you to apply key learning from the Online DBS check and Eligibility Webinar or the Navigating the Maze of DBS eligibility E Learning to your own context. Peer reflection allows Recruiters to share experiences and challenges with others in the same role. It gives us the opportunity to work through roles to see if they are eligible for a DBS check and at what level and discuss challenges we may have with ID checking or other areas of the DBS checking process.
