You will need to allow at least 90 minutes for this eLearning course and you have 12 months in which to complete it from date of purchase.
The course can be done completely online but will require a device that can access the internet and has audio capabilities. The course has been designed to be completed in one go, so we recommend that you make time to complete the course from start to finish once you access it.

Course description:
This course is an in-depth look at some of the subjects covered in our Online DBS and Eligibility webinar. It is for members who use us as their DBS umbrella body and for Recruiters who are registered with us as responsible for the DBS process within that organisation. During this course we will take you on a step-by-step journey through the EBulk system and will fully equip you with the knowledge and confidence to effectively manage the criminal records check process.
The format allows for greater explanation of the system and you are able to pause and repeat if required. Questions at the end of each section help illustrate if there are any areas you need to re-visit as well as those where your knowledge is sound. You will emerge confident in how to assist your applicants to easily logon and complete their form and for you to quickly and efficiently process the check.
This eLearning course can be accessed 24/7 at a time to suit you.

By the end of this eLearning course, you should have:
- A Basic awareness of what safer recruitment is, where DBS checks sit within the process and why it is important.
- A good knowledge about creating an online DBS application.
- A good understanding of how to manage online DBS applications including checking ID documents, competing Section Y, and viewing results.

- Awareness of how to access and create detailed reports on the system.
