Member-exclusive webinar: Disclosure Scotland changes and Duty to Refer

Back in October, we let you know that from April 2025, Disclosure Scotland will implement the Disclosure Scotland Act 2020. This legislation will now make it mandatory for any volunteer or staff member of an organisation carrying out Regulated Work to be in the PVG Scheme. From April 2025 it will become an offence under the new legislation for anyone not registered in the PVG Scheme to conduct Regulated Work.

If you are an organisation based in England, Wales or Northern Ireland, but you have staff or volunteers carrying out regulated work in Scotland, they must be registered in the PVG scheme.

A lot of organisations are unsure what these changes mean for them, or how to navigate them. So to find out more, join us for this free webinar with a guest speaker from Volunteer Scotland.
