Course description:

Faith and community groups regularly have to consider the balance between having an ‘open door for all’ and implementing appropriate boundaries. This becomes most apparent when we are dealing with those who have acted, or are suspected of acting, in abusive ways.

This webinar has been designed as a practical help to churches and charities as they navigate this often complicated and difficult task.

The webinar will highlight the principles you will need to manage the involvement of these known or suspected perpetrators of abuse in ways that will help create positive and safer spaces for all. These principles can be applied across different types and severities of behaviours.
