Safeguarding Leads Peer Reflection

Peer reflection is designed to give you an opportunity to apply learning from our Safeguarding Leads course and is not a standalone course - if you have completed the Safeguarding Leads webinar in the past 12 months, you can book onto one of our peer reflection sessions here.

Course Details:

Reflect on your experiences as a safeguarding lead with the input and support of others in the same role. This one-hour facilitated discussion is designed to enable you to apply key learning from the Safeguarding Leads Webinar to your own context. Peer reflection allows practitioners to share experiences and challenges with others in the same role. It exposes us to a wider range of perspectives, enables others to ask the questions we haven’t thought of ourselves and gives opportunities to share best practice.
